Sport involves risk of injury. By booking with Troko, you accept that participation in cricket nets, swimming, racquet sports, or any facility-hosted activity carries inherent physical risk.

You confirm the participant is medically fit to undertake the chosen sport. If you are uncertain, consult a physician before play. Disclose any pre-existing condition to the head coach on arrival.

You release Troko, the facility operator, its coaches, and its staff from liability for injury sustained during normal play, except in cases of gross negligence as defined under Indian law.

For participants under 18, the named guardian assumes responsibility for supervision around — but not on — the playing area. Guardians must remain on premises during the session.

You agree to use only equipment in good condition. Troko provides a checklist per sport. Operator reserves the right to refuse damaged equipment.

Operators reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct, intoxication, or behaviour that endangers others. No refund applies in such cases.

CCTV runs on-premises for safety. Marketing photography requires opt-in via the operator dashboard.

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before slot. After 4 hours, 50% credit. After slot start, no refund. Wallet credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
